Candindex is a platform built to bring truth, fairness, and accountability into hiring. We exist for one simple reason: to give candidates the transparency they deserve.

Why we started

Too often, candidates rearrange their lives, prepare extensively, and go through multiple interview rounds — only to be ghosted, misled, or given vague dismissals that offer no path to improvement.

Meanwhile, many companies use open roles as branding tools, creating an illusion of growth or building free talent pipelines, with little regard for the real impact on applicants.

Candindex was created to change that.

What we do

We document real candidate experiences — from how interviewers behave to the kind of feedback (or lack of it) candidates receive.

We turn this into clear, aggregated data so that:
